Shipments for Rapid Rush pre-orderers will begin in the third quarter of 2024. We strictly follow the "first order, first shipped" policy. If you are currently waiting for a Hivemapper Dash Cam or Hivemapper Dash Cam S and you switch your order to Bee, your original order date will be used. We encourage customers to switch and be at the front of the line to get our best mapping machine yet.

Hivemapper Dashcam S: In order to meet as many orders as possible before the Bee launches, the next production run of the Hivemapper Dashcam S has been cancelled. All existing orders will be converted to Bee and the price difference will be automatically refunded. These customers will retain their original order number for the purpose of determining shipping dates.

If you convert an existing order to Bee, you are eligible for the original bonus offered at the time of ordering or the Rapid Rush bonus, whichever is greater. Bonuses for Rapid Rush orders will be announced later.

Yes, we are designing the Hivemapper Bee to work anywhere in the world where Hivemapper Inc. can legally ship the camera.

The Bee is equipped with the hardware required for global inflight cellular connectivity. Please note that at launch, cellular connectivity may not be available in all regions of the world.

No, Bee prices do not include cellular LTE service charges. Additional charges may apply for LTE service.

Yes, you can cancel your Bee reservation at any time and receive a full refund. If you receive the item and decide it is not for you, you have 14 days to indicate your intention to return it to Bee and a further 14 days to return it. Returned merchandise will receive a full refund, less a $30 restocking fee, and will not be eligible for the HONEY Bonus.
